Grid Girlz

So what's it all about? Well, your role as a Promotional Model & Grid Girl couldn't be more simple.

After being selected online by the Team, we'll confirm your availability, establish your duties & arrange for you to travel to the required racetrack.

When you arrive at the racetrack you'll be met by a GridGirlz official and given a uniform for the team you'll be representing.

If they don't provide one then you'll be given the standard GridGirlz outfit of a black "GridGirlz" top and chequered hotpants if it's hot or a "GridGirlz" jumper suit if it's cold. We don't provide shoes so please bring a black pair of high heels and trainers.

Please note: We have to make sure we purchase the correct size so please give us your exact measurements when you fill in the registration form.

After getting changed you'll be taken to the paddock and introduced to the team representative. At this point you'll be briefed by them as to what's happening during the day.

Usually you'll be expected to pose with the cars, drivers & hospitality guests. Hand out promotional material & generally help out in the hospitality areas.

You'll also stand on the grid holding the drivers banner while they sit in their cars prior to the race.

After the race meeting is over you leave & send us an invoice for a days work!

We only have a few things we expect:-

Punctuality - You must arrive at the racetrack on time. If you're going to be late then you must contact us immediately. If you can't make the race meeting then we must know as soon as possible so we can arrange for another GridGirl to take your place.
Professionalism - You must maintain a professional attitude at all times while wearing either GridGirlz clothing or the Team's. Remember, you're representing both GridGirlz and/or the Team you're working for & your actions must not be detrimental.
Be Honest - Obviously we want you to enjoy your day with the race team so if there's a problem then we need to know about it. There will be a GridGirlz official on hand at every race meeting so you're never by yourself!
Stay Safe - Bear in mind that the paddock, pit lane & grid can be dangerous. We expect you to be careful & observe ALL safety guidelines. If you're told to leave an area then do so immediately without question. Chances are something is going to blow up!
